Booking information
Reductions for children:
- the price reduction for children staying in their parent´s room if there are two full paying adults is
- up to 3 years of age 80% of the full pension price
- from 3 to 6 years of age 50% of the full pension price
- from 6 to 12 years of age 20% of the full pension price - for families ( from 4 persons) we have special prices in the family “snug and cuddle nests”. Ask for exact price details via mail or telephone
- Children’s Service:
We are very happy to provide you with a cots, a children’s chair and a baby-phone
Price information:
- For a short stay of up to 3 days we charge a short-stay supplement of Euro 9,00 per person and day
- Dogs please only on request! For your dog we will charge you Euro 22,00 per day (without food)
- The hotel reserves the right to put on a surcharge in the event of a necessary final cleaning session on departure
- Please note that dogs are not allowed in the dining room, the Vitality Oasis and in the garden area
- The state of Tyrol charges a Tourist Tax of Euro 1,05 per day and person from the age of 15 years
Reservation:
When the reservation contract is concluded, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions are applicable and are agreed upon. The contract is based upon our descriptions in our price list which is valid on the day of booking. A reservation becomes binding for us when we have confirmed your booking in writing and your down-payment has been booked onto our bank account.
Cancellation:
We ask for your understanding that we can only accept a cancellation in writing. In the event of a last minute cancellation or early departure we charge 70 % of the booked holiday price or package price. When you book your holiday we advise you to take out a cancellation insurance which will cover the applicable cancellation costs in the event of an accident or illness that happens to the insured person or a member of the family of the insured person before the beginning of the holiday or within the duration of the holiday.

Arrival and departure:
Your booked room is available for you from 15.00 hours on the arrival day. We would kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 hours on the departure day.
