In summer you can arrive any day. In many winter weeks Saturday is the arrival day; the booking window shows which days work.

In summer small and medium-sized dogs on request, 19 euros per day, you bring the food. In winter there are no dogs in the house.

Please let us know in advance. The house has down duvets and oak floors.

The lift goes up to the third floor; the house is not fully step-free.

From 3 pm. If your room is ready earlier, you can go in earlier, just ask at reception.

No problem, just send us a short message beforehand. Your key will then be in the key safe, and a WhatsApp message explains how everything works.

Free, in the underground garage or in front of the house. If everything is full, there is public parking at the Waldbahn and the Schönjochbahn.

Three charging points, charging costs extra: Tesla 19 euros per charge, the other two around 0.50 euros per kilowatt hour.

We take a small bag at reception. If you come by bus or train, you can leave all your luggage with us.

Pick up the Super. Sommer. Card. straight away and make the most of the day, even if your room is not ready yet.

Coffee, espresso, tea and hot chocolate are free, from 8 am to 7 pm.

In the Freiraum, freely accessible until 9 pm. Crockery is laid out, we do the washing-up. Every room has its own compartment in the fridge.

Pizza Romana, salad and tartufo as a pop-up, for house guests only and pre-order only, at reception.

We do not offer it. Where to eat well in Fiss is listed under restaurants in the village.

Drinks from the bar go on your bill.

Finnish sauna, organic herbal sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin, plus a quiet room and a tea bar with tea from Sonnentor.

Open daily from 4 to 8 pm, included in the price.

Children aged 9 to 15 are very welcome until 6 pm, accompanied by their parents. The sauna is a quiet area, so we ask for low voices.

Recommended, but not required. No chatting in the quiet room.

The house has no pool, and we do not offer massages.

Locked, it opens with your room card. If it is full, your bike goes on the stand in front of the house. E-bikes charge at the sockets in the bike cellar.

Free at Intersport Pregenzer at the valley station, from the day you arrive. You walk up in street shoes; dry, warm ski boots are waiting at the top.

Drop your equipment straight off at Intersport Pregenzer, we register you there. The storage card is at reception.

On foot, you do not need a shuttle.

The runs are on the winter map, all sports shops hire out toboggans. Book ahead for night tobogganing.

Two supermarkets within hiking distance, the Althaler bakery and a souvenir shop opposite the church.

We keep it at reception and will gladly post it to you, you pay the postage. For valuables we get in touch ourselves.
