Booking, payment,
cancellation.

These terms and conditions apply to accommodation contracts between Hotel Gebhard Gesellschaft m.b.H. (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”) and its guests or contracting parties. Any agreements departing from these terms and conditions require written confirmation.

“Guest” means the natural person using the accommodation. “Contracting Party” means the person entering into the accommodation contract, either as the Guest or on behalf of the Guest. “Hotel” means Hotel Gebhard Gesellschaft m.b.H.

The contract is formed when the Hotel accepts the booking. A deposit of 30 % of the total amount is payable upon booking (by bank transfer). The deposit will be credited towards the cost of the stay.

The agreed services shall be provided at the agreed price. For stays of fewer than three nights, a short-stay surcharge of 10 % of the room rate applies. The local tourist tax is 3,70 € per person per night (aged 16 and over).

Payment at the Hotel may be made in cash, by debit card or by credit card (Mastercard, Visa). No refunds will be given for unused services.

The room is available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 months before arrival; an administration fee of 15 € will be charged when refunding a deposit already paid. After that, the following cancellation charges apply as a percentage of the total package price:

The Hotel may cancel the contract if the agreed deposit is not paid on time, in the event of force majeure, or if the stay cannot be provided for reasons beyond the Hotel’s control.

Dogs are permitted during the summer season upon prior request, at a charge of 19 € per day (excluding food). The Contracting Party is liable for any soiling or damage. Pets are not permitted during the winter season.

The Hotel is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for property brought into the Hotel is governed by §§ 970 et seq. of the Austrian General Civil Code (ABGB).

Austrian law applies. Jurisdiction lies with the court having subject-matter jurisdiction at the Hotel’s registered office. If any individual provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

Only the German version is legally binding. Only the German version is legally binding.
