01 — Skiing
214 kilometres of pistes start on your doorstep.
Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is one of Tyrol's large ski areas. From here, you can ski across to Serfaus and Ladis without getting in the car once.
214 kilometres of pistes, including 47 blue, 112 red and 27 black, plus 28 kilometres of ski routes. 460 hectares of pistes, covered by 1.250 snowmaking machines.
38 ski lifts and cable cars take you up the mountain, with another 30 conveyor belts and rope lifts in the children's areas.

02 — On your doorstep
Six to seven minutes’ walk to the base station.
The Waldbahn and Schönjochbahn are a six to seven-minute walk from us. No ski bus, no shuttle, no searching for a parking space in the morning.
In the evening, it’s the same walk back: your ski boots stay up at the ski storage, you walk home in dry shoes and you’re in the shower ten minutes later.

03 — Ski storage
Dry skis. Warm boots. Every morning.
Your ski storage at Intersport Pregenzer, right by the base station, is free, and we reserve it in advance: your locker is ready when you arrive.
On arrival day, you can easily drive your equipment up and stop briefly outside the shop to unload. Inside, show the orange ski storage cards you get from our reception.
If you want to ski on arrival day, just bring the cards along the next day. You only need to empty your locker on the day before you leave, so the lockers can be cleaned.

04 — The ski area
One sheet, three villages.
Serfaus on the left, Fiss in the middle, Ladis on the right. From our front door, you can reach all three in a single day.

05 — When the children have lessons
Breakfast from 8 am. Earlier is fine too.
Breakfast is usually from 8 am to 10 am. If your ski lessons start earlier, just come down earlier. At 7 am we haven't quite finished setting up, but the coffee is ready, the bread rolls are out, along with most of the cold dishes and the first hot ones too.

06 — Beyond the pistes
Freeriding, snowpark, cross-country trails, toboggan run.
Eight Fun Areas are spread across the ski area, with freeride routes for anyone heading off-piste. For a quieter outing, there are around 30 kilometres of cross-country trails, including 8,4 kilometres at high altitude.
Toboggan runs and winter hiking trails are shown on the region's winter map. Every sports shop in the village hires out toboggans. For evening tobogganing, please reserve yours in advance.

07 — Afterwards
Four ways to unwind once your skis are in storage.
After your last turn, you're six to seven minutes from home. Your ski boots stay down at the ski storage depot. The Finnish sauna, bio herbal sauna, steam room and infrared cabin are open daily from 4 pm to 8 pm, at no extra charge.
The Finnish sauna reaches up to 100 degrees, and you choose your own sauna infusion. The bio herbal sauna is gentler, with the scent of natural herbs. The relaxation room is kept quiet, and the organic tea bar serves Sonnentor tea. A bathrobe and sauna towel are ready in your room.
