01 — Eat your way

Breakfast, yes. Half board, no.

The breakfast buffet is ready from eight to ten am. Local eggs, homemade speck, homemade jam, bread rolls, muesli and porridge. If you need to head out earlier, just let us know the evening before. We’re usually awake already.

Help yourself to as much coffee, tea and hot chocolate as you like throughout the day. The bar in the FREIRAUM opens in the afternoon. In the evening, you can make yourself a snack or order from Two Hands. We don’t offer half board.

03 — Bread and cold cuts

Your evening bread and cold cuts

Put together your own snack. Or we can prepare a platter of bread and cold cuts, served in a bread box if you like. You’re welcome to bring your own food too. Prefer to eat out? There are 17 places to eat in Fiss.

Each room has its own compartment in the fridge. Crockery, glasses, cutlery and chopping boards are ready for you. We’ll do the washing-up.

Each room has its own compartment in the fridge. We also have a small selection you can help yourself to at fair prices.

You’ll find regional specialities here at the hotel. We provide glasses, crockery, cutlery and chopping boards. Coffee and hot chocolate are free until 7 pm.

Coffee, espresso, tea and hot chocolate are free all day. The machine is on until 7 pm.

The bar in FREIRAUM is open in the afternoon. We serve drinks and local specialities at fair prices, with the occasional spritz at sunset.

06 — Two Hands

At Two Hands Pop up Pinsaria you order ahead during the day for your preferred time. It is baked with sourdough that has matured for 72 hours.

Our sourdough pizza is made from high-hydration sourdough that matures for 72 hours. Toppings depend on the daily offer, for example San Marzano tomatoes and fior di latte.

Alternatively there may be sour cream, speck and onions. On request, a salad with pumpkin seed oil dressing comes with the pinsa.
