Oak floors for bare feet, carpets of Tyrolean sheep's wool, furniture made in the region, Susanne Kaufmann in the bathroom, a spa bag in the wardrobe. All eleven have that. The difference is the floor plan: sixteen square metres, north-facing and quiet, or fifty-three on two levels. Prices are a guide, per person.
